Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-10-20

These terms apply to the use of the e-cfo.eu website, the client portal and the Insight subscription. The provider is Project Hub LP, 4 Valtetsiou St, 153 43 Agia Paraskevi, Greece, Greek tax no. (ΑΦΜ) 802599560, General Commercial Registry (Γ.Ε.ΜΗ.) no. 179333803000, email info@e-cfo.eu, trading as “e-cfo”. Our services are for businesses and professionals, not consumers.

1. The service

e-cfo provides outsourced CFO services: analysis of financial data, dashboards, commentary, budgets and meetings, depending on the plan.

e-cfo does not provide bookkeeping, preparation of statutory financial statements, audit or tax representation. Our analysis is based on data provided by the client or their accountant and supports decision-making; decisions remain the client’s.

2. Plans

Insight: a monthly subscription bought online through Stripe, governed by these terms.

CFO and CFO Plus: governed by a separate engagement agreement. Visits take place in person in Greece and Cyprus and online in other countries. These terms apply in addition.

3. Insight subscription, free month and billing

The price is €30 per month plus VAT where due. The first 30 days are free. Your card is first charged at the end of the free month, unless you cancel before then.

The subscription renews automatically every month and is charged in advance to the card on file.

You can cancel at any time from the portal (Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial months are not refunded.

If a payment fails, we will let you know so you can update your card. If payment is not made, access to the dashboards is suspended until it is.

Price changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect; you may cancel before the change.

4. Your account

Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the users from your business that you invite.

Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Your data

The data you upload belongs to you. You allow us to process it only to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for having the right to give us the data and for its accuracy.

We keep your data confidential and do not share it with third parties, other than the providers listed in our Privacy policy or where the law requires. Where personal data is involved, we act as a processor on your behalf.

When we stop working together you can ask for a copy of your data. We delete it within 12 months, or sooner if you ask.

6. Using the platform

You may not access other clients’ data, get around security measures, copy or resell the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose. If you do, we may suspend your account.

The website, platform, software, texts and the e-cfo brand belong to the provider.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available without interruption but cannot guarantee it. There may be interruptions for maintenance or because of third-party providers.

8. Liability

We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of our analysis, or for errors caused by incomplete or incorrect data.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. This limit does not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. For material changes we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Law and jurisdiction

Greek law applies. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute.
